The FIIC is focused on helping financial institutions realize the potential for fulfilling the Protection Needs of their clients. Our belief is that financial institutions must help their clients not only manage their assets, but also protect their assets. Otherwise, they are doing only half their job.

The Annual Summit, with its Networking with Purpose format, will serve this objective by bringing together the most powerful executives and entities for a dynamic best-practices, business development event.

The focus on protection solutions includes life, property & casualty, LTC, health, and related products.

Topics discussed during the Annual Summit will include the following:

• Leveraging protection needs to increase client retention, loyalty, and profitability.
• Exploring the right balance between insurance technologies and the human touch.
• Studying data on which combination of distribution methodologies are most effective.
• Assessing what the protection product trending in our channel means.
• Inspiring teamwork, friendships, and referrals across the organization.
• Client engagement strategies related to protection needs.

Schedule of Events

• October 25^th – 4 PM start – FIIC Steering Committee meeting, welcome networking reception and dine-arounds.
• October 26^th – Full day of peer group discussions and speed networking sessions, followed by networking reception and dine-arounds.
• October 27^th – Peer group discussions and speed networking sessions. Adjourn at 12:30 PM.
